3months

My sweet baby turned 3 months on Friday.  As all of you parents out there know it is very bittersweet to see them grow and be so thankful for healthy babies but be so sad they are getting big.  Last week I boxed up her little premie sleepers and gowns and most of her newborn outfits to make room for the constant shipments of Zulily purchases from her KK and I cried several times!  Jacob and I have been so blessed to have such a healthy, pleasant baby girl and I thank GOD for her every single day.  We are currently in level one diapers and taking 4oz about every 3-4 hours.  We had to start rice cereal in her bottles a little early to help with her reflux so we are finally getting some fat rolls!!!!  Miss Ada Rose has been sleeping 8-9hours at night for the past month and we are SO THANKFUL FOR SLEEP!  She has always slept well but it is so nice to get a full 8 hours of rest!  The second she goes down at night Jacob and I jump straight into bed to make sure we get the full benefits of her sleeping well.  We go tomorrow to HMP studios for her 3moth pictures and I am so excited...they do such an amazing job!  Here are a few pictures from her 3 month home photo shoot!

Sweet Baby at 2months old!  We have been so blessed to have such a sweet and pleasant baby girl.

Nursery

Well as most of you know Jacob and I moved back to Guin when I was ~ 33weeks preggo and needless to say it was a bit stressful!  The one room that I was in a panic over was sweet Ada Rose's nursery.  It is still a work in progress and I still have a few more projects to finish (little more challenging to complete with a 2 month old) but here is what we have completed so far!

The adorable little flower picture on the wall came from my sweet little cousin Riley!  She painted it specially for little Ada Rose...one of my favorite things in her room.

As you all know I HATE new furniture.  I found this piece at an antique store in Memphis for nearly nothing and Mom and I put our blood, sweat and tears into completing it before the little princess arrived!!

Just Born

We have officially started taking pictures of EVERYTHING this little nugget does (like all new parents do) and we hope to capture a glimpse as she grows and changes so quickly!

Miss Ada Rose

Ada Rose Jones blessed our lives beyond measure on May 24, 2012 at 5:30pm.  She weighted 5lbs 15oz and was 18inches long.  Ada was welcomed into the world by an amazing group of friends and family who patiently waited all day for her arrival.  Jacob and I could not be more blessed and our lives are forever changed by this little miracle!  "Behold children are a heritage from the LORD.  The fruit of the womb is HIS reward.  Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, so are the children of one's youth."-Psalm 127:3-4
