4 Months

Sweet Ada Rose is 4 months old already....time is flying by!  At her 4 month check up she weighted 13.2lbs (55%),  was 24.8in (91%) tall and head circumference was 16 in (97%)....haha definitely her father's child :)  We are blessed beyond measure with a healthy, happy and good sleeping baby girl!  She has added more joy to our lives than we ever thought possible.  We are so thankful God chose us to be her parents...what an honor.  He are a few pictures of her 4 month photo shoot:)

1st Beach Trip

Ada's First Family Beach Trip!

August 29- September 4 our family loaded up and headed to Florida, along with Hurricane Isaac, for Miss Ada Rose's first beach trip.  We made it down late Wednesday night and only had a rainy day that Thursday and the rest of the trip was beautiful!  Ada loved sitting outside under the umbrella or on the patio to people watch.  She liked the water a few days in once it warmed up after the storms.  We had an absolute blast with KK, Pops, Matty, Granny Franny and Unc.  Little Ada has just a few people that love and adore her!  Here are a few pictures from the vacay!

3months

My sweet baby turned 3 months on Friday.  As all of you parents out there know it is very bittersweet to see them grow and be so thankful for healthy babies but be so sad they are getting big.  Last week I boxed up her little premie sleepers and gowns and most of her newborn outfits to make room for the constant shipments of Zulily purchases from her KK and I cried several times!  Jacob and I have been so blessed to have such a healthy, pleasant baby girl and I thank GOD for her every single day.  We are currently in level one diapers and taking 4oz about every 3-4 hours.  We had to start rice cereal in her bottles a little early to help with her reflux so we are finally getting some fat rolls!!!!  Miss Ada Rose has been sleeping 8-9hours at night for the past month and we are SO THANKFUL FOR SLEEP!  She has always slept well but it is so nice to get a full 8 hours of rest!  The second she goes down at night Jacob and I jump straight into bed to make sure we get the full benefits of her sleeping well.  We go tomorrow to HMP studios for her 3moth pictures and I am so excited...they do such an amazing job!  Here are a few pictures from her 3 month home photo shoot!
